Is Form Sports gambling? No. Form Sports provides sports prediction tips and statistical analysis for informational purposes only. There are no wagers and no cash payouts.
What do I pay for? You purchase wallet credit (via Apple In-App Purchase on iOS) used to unlock premium picks and passes inside the app.
Do you pay out winnings? No. Money only comes in to access content; nothing is paid back out.
How do I restore a purchase? Wallet → "Restore Purchases".
How do I delete my account? Email support@formsports.app with subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove your data within 7 days.

Form Sports ("we", "us", "the app") provides sports prediction tips and statistical analysis. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Form Sports you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: email and display name when you sign up (email, Google, or Apple). With Sign in with Apple you may use Apple's private relay email.
Wallet & purchases: records of in-app purchases and unlocks. Card details are handled by Apple or Paystack and never stored by us.
Usage data: picks viewed/unlocked, interactions, and basic device/diagnostic data.
Push tokens: if you enable notifications.

2. How We Use It

To provide and personalize predictions and your wallet.
To process purchases and credit your balance.
To send service messages and, with consent, notifications.
To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with providers who operate the app: Supabase (auth/database), Apple (IAP & Sign in with Apple), Google (sign-in), Paystack (Android payments), RevenueCat (iOS purchase validation).

4. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion anytime; we delete personal data within 7 days, except records we must keep for legal or financial compliance.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account, email support@formsports.app with subject "Delete my account".

6. Children

Form Sports is for users 17+ and is not directed to children under 13.

7. Not Gambling

Form Sports offers informational predictions and analysis only. It does not facilitate wagering and does not pay out money. Predictions are not guarantees; use responsibly.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects changes.

By downloading or using Form Sports you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

Form Sports provides sports predictions, tips, and statistical analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a bookmaker, do not accept wagers, and do not pay out winnings.

2. No Guarantees

Predictions are based on data and modeling but are not guaranteed accurate. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Form Sports.

4. Purchases

Premium picks and passes are unlocked using in-app wallet credit. On iOS, credit is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase under Apple's terms. Wallet credit and unlocks are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's policies. Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute our predictions.
Do not attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Form Sports is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
